In addition to my attorney-to-attorney drafting and local counsel services, I accept a limited number of direct client representations in civil litigation matters involving complex, novel, or otherwise significant legal issues.

In those matters, I provide full-service representation from pre-suit investigation through resolution — whether that resolution comes through dispositive motion, mediation, or trial. I have experience at every stage of the litigation process, including jury trials resulting in successful verdicts and cases resolved through alternative dispute resolution.

My background spans medical malpractice, commercial litigation, real estate and property disputes, employment, education, civil rights, and personal injury. I am selective about the matters I take on, and I am most drawn to cases where the legal issues are genuinely challenging and the outcome turns on the quality of the analysis involved.
